All you saw is the same indignation that white law-abiding citizens feel when confronted by racial profiling as Latino law-abiding citizens feel. But what is not thus demonstrated is that illegal immigration is fine, but rather that racial profiling is odious.

Then the woman pops up to list her various grievances, including being ‘undocumented’. Well, without her and the others like her, there’d be no need for racial profiling, would there? There’d be no problem to address. Instead of seeing that, she presents herself as fighting on the right side to a solution to a problem of which she is the driver.

And then, like her, Mr Nezua, you basically characterize your white enemies as suffering some sort of ‘privilege’, a descriptor that allows you to continually assert that therefore their views automatically disqualify themselves, as they derivce from some form of mental derangement, while your own views, and those of your supporters, magically, are ‘real’ and founded upon timeless truth. This is evident in your replies, which alternate between demanding ‘respect’ and doling out insults.

You are hilarious. You begin without even introducing yourself in my place, but right away insult me. The person who installed and maintains the software, who pays for the site you just spent time on. You just breeze in and begin oozing hostility. THEN, you leave off apologizing about what place on the page you dumped your words? It is a very interesting set of social rules you must carry around in your mind.

Okay. Let me get at your comment. I really wish you’d shown some respect for all readers and broke the paragraph up. It’s much easier on the eyes and the mind. But okay, you are clearly feeling a lot of feelings and just rushing ahead without thinking much about others. I gotcha.

Hmmmm. Well, I don’t understand what your anecdote is supposed to prove. But thank you for sharing tales about your family with us. I, too, have various stories I could tell you now about family (and friends) of various ethnicities, and guess what? In my story, they will all be against SB 1070. I will cap off that paragraph by saying “It is about race.”

That’s fun for a minute. But really, I don’t really care to argue law with you. I’m too busy and I don’t like you. But I’m sure there are sites where you can really get into it. Just kinda “mix it up” and stuff. Get all loud and legal.

What I do know is that Susan Bolton, the judge (not a relative of Michael!) has pretty much taken the legs away from this law you really really like a lot. Sure, it’s being appealed. But for now, the law, as it were, is saying “no go.” Saying something like “Noooooot Constitooooooshunul.” Kinda like a voice in the trees. Carrying a big gavel.

But yeah. You can argue with Bolton, or whomever, but it won’t be me.

l am trying to read further through your jazzy blend of anecdote, insult, professions of sadness, and spattering of pseudo-legal argument. It is not easy! Okay…you begin calling people idiots again…False Dilemma tactic…Strawman…hum….Pretending to know how people from my culture should feel, insinuating confusion and self-loathing, well, well well.
