like arpaio, the ice program has to be removed, period. protection should always be permanent not temporary…instead of a program/attitude for enforcement there needs to be a program/attitude of assistance. i don’t believe there is anything in the constitution calling for deportation of immigrants. yes, “legalize the undocumented”.

“Crises like this are important reminders of how the treatment and protection of refugees must be a part of immigration reform.” it is a chance for the creative to turn disaster into a better way…it demands it.
