After 4 1/2 years of retail (I understand the always being on your feet, and the cashier thing) and basically quitting before I was fired in an unfair situation, maybe it&#039;s a good thing I left it behind.  But now I am jobless.  I know there is something better somewhere in the future but it&#039;s kinda not a lot of consolation right now.

I do find some kind of consolation in your post though, like there&#039;s no reason to look down on myself.  It&#039;s interesting, too, that some of the times that were rough you had every right to feel proud of yourself for keeping going and not giving up, and yet at the time, you might not have felt so proud.  Hindsight always gives you a lot to learn from.</description>
